Biodynamic Cranio-Sacral Therapy is a one part of my therapy that is particularly effective in working with the effects of shock and trauma.

Nervous system overwhelm called the "freeze response", can result in long standing feelings of helplessness, patterns of behaving that recapitulate the trauma, or the inability to move forward in a creative empowered way in one's life.

When the nervous system can be supported to discharge shock and trauma, while at the same time experiencing inner resource and the ability to access one's Inherent Health, personal strength, wisdom and resiliency may be enhanced.

I use Massage Therapy first to initiate the deeper resonance of your mind, body and soul, so you can receive the balancing energy of my practice and become one in a more blissful state.

Every session is customised to your specific needs from working on injured or problem areas. Cranio-Sacral Therapy is used at the end of the session and tapered to each person with various hand holds around the body.

If you are new to Cranio I will work at the feet after the massage so your body and mind is fully able to receive and ground your energy is a very non-invasive manner.
